The chairman of the commission is the head of the organization of secondary education.
The commission’s tasks include monitoring the quality of incoming food, food preparation technologies, the serviceability of refrigeration and process equipment, and the compliance with the terms and conditions for storing products and ready meals.
Interdepartmental expert groups on quality control of food, operating in the organization of education, systematically monitor the activities of the commissions on monitoring nutrition quality and take measures for the effective organization of nutrition for schoolchildren.
